We are so happy to be back to hosting educational and fundraising
events again after two very long years of Covid restrictions. It has been a busy month in Chatham-Kent. Right to Life Kent hosted two prolife speakers at the high schools. We also hosted a Drive In Movie Night at the Boonies Theatre. And coming up this Mother’s Day is our Baby Bottle Boomerang Fundraiser. This helps Refuge Pregnancy
Centre to assist moms and babies right here in CK.
There are so many ways to get involved right now in the prolife
movement. This is a pivotal time. Due to the American renewed focus on abortion legislation, it seems that the abortion issue is everywhere. Abortion has become an issue that is being discussed in every corner of society including social media, classrooms, dinner tables etc. This is a good thing for the prolife movement. I think many minds and hearts can be changed if people are willing to defend the personhood of the unborn. This is an unprecedented moment in the prolife movement. We should embrace this opportunity to show our unwavering support for the protection of the unborn.
